Fuel PAT's 2026 Season

My heart has been filled with so much joy and my soul uplifted by the incredible community that surrounds and holds PAT. Maraming salamat to the 182 generous folks who donated a total of $9,611.00 NZD to our kaupapa. You have all supported the infrastructure of PAT by donating towards helping chip away at some of our administrative and operational costs for 2026. As an independent not-for-profit company, this giant Boosted-filled am pao is a huge deal for us! 

Thank you to all of you who continue to show up for us and express your support in understanding the value and impact of our mahi. Thank you for supporting Asian Arts and Culture in Aotearoa.

These last 72 hours have been the most adrenaline filled hours of my life, and you - 168 of you - got us through and over the 100% mark. Your tautoko is huge for our 2026 momentum and we really appreciate you responding and sharing your blessings with our kaupapa.

It's never easy asking shamelessly for putea support, and sometimes it feels like you're screaming and begging into the void. But majority of you UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT and came through. 

We've made it to a 100% and YOU got us there!!! We are nothing without this gorgeous community and thank you for being a part of it. This will 10/10 help with the running of the organisation. All the uncool things but totally necessary: email suite, physical and cloud storage, finance software, accountant, website subscription, etc. So again — thank you so much e hoa mā!

With 12 hours to go the campaign remains open. Now with less desperation and pressure... Feel free to share our collective accomplishment with your cirlce. WE DID THAT TOGETHERRRRRR! Our Boosted smoke signals will finish midnight tonight, every $1 that comes through will be appreciated!

This Friday, we have PAT’s Snake x Horse Handover - a Lunar New Year Live report party!

We’re throwing a fun, fast paced LIVE look at the year that’s been, and a launch of some spicy announcements for the year ahead. 

Beginning and ending with drinks and snacks on us and the incredible DJ adoration, we miss you all, and we can’t wait to saddle up this 2026 with some good energy.

Location: Hunua room, Aotea Centre

5.30pm - 6pm: Doors open for mingling, get in the mood with an open bar (first round’s on us), snacks and DJ Adoration (Adorate Mizero) taking off her producer hat and throwing down some tunes

6pm - 7pm: LIVE impact report: readings, reflections, nerdy slideshows, and exciting announcements 

7pm onwards: Mingling, drinks, snacks and DJ Adoration - share your good wishes or hopes for the future on our post it wall, celebrate your people or meet some new connections for the year ahead!

We’re so grateful to our generous donors, your tautoko means the world to us, and every single cent is a huge encouragement that tells us you believe in what we’re building. Right now we’re sitting at $1,335, which is almost 17% funded with 16 days to go.

That amount already makes a real difference to us internally. It means we can cover the costs of our accounting software and website subscriptions for the year ahead. YAY! These are the less glamorous but very real business costs of running a theatre company, and they’re often the ones people don’t see… but they’re essential to keeping everything ticking along.
