Overview

“Tiny Yellow” is a short film written by Maori actress & writer Cian Parker about living beyond the sudden unexpected death of an infant. It tells the story of Tu and Leah as they try to grapple with the misery and guilt felt after surviving such a horrific tragedy, and provides an intimate illustration of how to endure this particular type and magnitude of personal catastrophe.

Nearly done with the edit

Hey everybody!

Thanks for your patience. Here's just a quick Tiny Yellow update.

The edit is nearly complete - just a few more tweaks & we'll have picture lock. Then we'll have colour & sound design to do & the film needs a lot of foley since so much of the action happens off-camera.

I'm trying to get a composer for the film & if I get good news I'll send another update.

In other news, Kendall & I are about to have our second child - as of right now, Kendall's scheduled for a C-section tomorrow afternoon, so that'll obviously complicate in the best possible way.

Hope your November is going well so far. We'll share more when we know more.
